Use | p-chlorophenylurea is an intermediate for the synthesis of dichloramide by the non-phosgene route (sodium cyanate method). |
Production method | The preparation method is to obtain p-chlorophenylurea by reacting p-chloroaniline hydrochloride with sodium cyanate. A certain amount of p-chloroaniline, concentrated hydrochloric acid and water are sequentially added to the reaction kettle to dissolve it and cool it to room temperature. Dissolve the solid sodium cyanate in water in another reaction kettle and filter to obtain a colorless solution. Under stirring, the solution is gradually added to the reaction kettle containing p-chloroaniline hydrochloride, and the feeding temperature is controlled so that it does not exceed 30 ℃. After feeding, stir at 30 ℃ for 2h, filter, wash the solid with water for 2-3 times, and dry, that is, the product is p-chlorophenylurea. |
